課程概述 |
This course covers the three main topics: financial markets and financial instruments, valuation of financial assets, and valuation of real assets. The selected textbook provides an in-depth analysis of financial theory, empirical work, and practice. |

課程目標 |
Students are expected to gain a deep understanding of financial markets and valuation, and learn how to carry this understanding to real-world corporate decisions and strategies.
